This Subscription Offer is a public offer for paid access to the subscription features of Cafe Simply. Payment of the subscription fee means full and unconditional acceptance of this offer in the version effective at the time of payment.
The service provider grants the user, or the organization represented by the user, paid access to premium service functionality related to cafe operations, staff management, tasks, suppliers, recipes, instructions, and related operational data.
We may offer a trial period. If a trial is available, its duration and end date are shown inside the app. After the trial ends, access to paid features requires payment unless the interface explicitly states otherwise.
At this time, subscriptions are renewed manually. This offer does not promise or enable automatic renewal or automatic debits unless such functionality is explicitly introduced and clearly presented to the user in a future update.
Each new paid period requires a separate payment initiated by the user unless otherwise explicitly stated in the interface in the future.
The paid period starts once a successful payment is confirmed by the payment partner, or at another moment explicitly shown in the service interface. If additional payment confirmation is required, access may be granted only after the confirmation flow completes and the technical payment status is synchronized.
We do not promise discretionary refunds on demand. However, the user may request review of a refund in cases such as:
If the service has already been provided in full or in part for the relevant paid period, that fact may be taken into account when reviewing the request. Each case is reviewed individually based on the factual circumstances, payment data, and applicable law.
Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. We are not responsible for failure to complete payment due to the user's bank, payment service provider, device restrictions, connectivity issues, or actions of third parties.
We may update this Subscription Offer from time to time. The updated version applies to payments made after its effective date. The version in effect on the date of payment applies to the already-paid subscription period unless the law requires otherwise.
